1100 is industrial pure aluminum, the aluminum content (mass fraction) is 99.00%, and it can not be strengthened by heat treatment.

It has high corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, low density and good plasticity.

It can produce all kinds of aluminum materials by pressure processing, but low strength. Other process properties are basically the same as 1050A.

Its used to require good form ability, high corrosion resistance and no need for high strength, such as food and chemical handling and storage equipment, sheet metal products, hollow hardware processed by drawing goods spinning, welding combination keys, reflectors, nameplates, etc.

Applications

Generally used in utensils, heat sink, bottle cap, printed board, building materials, heat exchanger components, can also be used as deep stamping products. It is widely used in all fields from cookers to industrial equipment.

Also used for requiring good form ability, high corrosion resistance and no high strength, such as food and chemical handling and storage equipment, sheet metal products, hollow hardware processed by spinning drawing goods, welding combination key, reflector, nameplate, etc.
